Service Charges

An initial consultation is where we gain information about our client so we can determine the best steps forward. 

Assessments are where we get to understand our clients strengths and areas of improvement. Our assessments are evidence based and are used to create therapy plans, and provide documentation with those we collaborate with, such as occupational therapists and paediatricians. Assessments are $200 for the first hour, and $175 for subsequent hours. Assessment times may vary. 

During our sessions, we provide evidence based, effective therapy to see improvements to our clients and their quality of life. Ongoing therapy for private clients (those not on the NDIS) is valued at $185 per hour. NDIS clients are charged the NDIS rate of $193.99 per hour. Appointment duration, frequency and pricing will be discussed in consideration of client needs and clinician recommendations.

Mobile visits for our clients, such as for school or community visits come with an additional cost for travel. For our NDIS clients, we follow NDIS policies regarding travel. For private clients, we will discuss travel costs as needed. 

Telehealth is available for remote clients. If you are interested in our services however are not located near our clinic, you can still access our wonderful speech pathologists. Contact our team to get more information about Telehealth consults. 

At Soul Speech Pathology, we spend a significant amount of time planning and preparing for your session. We reduce the amount of clients we see in a day to ensure we are able to provide the best service to you and your family. To protect ourselves, our quality practice and our company, it is our policy we charge the full fee if you cancel within 2 business days of your appointment.
